This is great. One of our favorite books in the office is Austin Kleon’s How To Show Your Work (http://austinkleon.com/show-your-work/)… he’s talking directly to designers, artists, writers, etc. but there are some really good frameworks / ideas in there about how to show your work and build community around what you’re most passionate about. Really pairs with your point about owning the work, if you focus on the work as an extension of what you really care about, it feels better and is more engaging internally and externally.
